Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and the Starter plan is free to use indefinitely within its limits.
What's actually different between plans?
Capacity, not features. Every plan runs the same full platform — point of sale, inventory, storefront, help desk, and reports. Plans only differ in how many warehouses, staff accounts, products, and monthly orders they allow, plus the level of support you get.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?
You'll see a heads-up in the admin as you approach a limit (staff accounts, products, warehouses, or monthly orders), well before you actually hit it.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing saves approximately 17-18% compared to paying monthly.
Is a setup fee required?
No setup fee is required for Starter or Growth plans. Enterprise onboarding is scoped individually.
