These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AxCart POS & Inventory Management ("AxCart," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in these Terms.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the store, product, order, and customer data you upload to AxCart. You grant us a license to use that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

5. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with legal obligations.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxCart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
